Order Processing

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES WHICH IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email.  To cancel an order please email us at support@primitiveskate.com immediately.  Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled as it has been picked and shipped.

Once an order has been picked and packed we are unable to switch items or sizes.  So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, and entered your correct mailing address and email.

Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays) for your order to be shipped.  Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Our shipping dept. warehouse hours are from 9am-5pm PST Mon-Fri.  All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse.   

Order Tracking

Order tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen if they tracked as delivered by the shipping service you choose. Starting August 2018: All orders over $100 will be shipped with signature required.
